The parking was convenient. It is located right in the basement. Direct lift access to the hotel from the parking (a great feature for ease). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

The room was clean and spacious. it had temperature control and tea and coffee facilities. a separate seating area was useful. The option of a bath or shower was a plus.

the tv did not have several cable channels working, including bbc. there were noises from the restaurant below until it closed. this was ok until 11pm mon-thurs, but close is later fri and sat.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the double room offered enough space between the bed and the window. the interior design is functional and aesthetically pleasing, a detail i value.

the room lighting could benefit from brighter, whiter lighting for better visibility.

Good Hotel with Great Location

The hotel was clean upon my arrival. The heating system worked effectively. The shower had complete amenities for personal care. The view from my room was nice, offering a pleasant outlook (a lovely addition to the stay). It was near the city center, a great convenience. I had Easy access to nearby shops.

The tv in my room was a little small. Apart from this, there wasn't anything else to complain about.

i appreciated the easy access from the train station. the staff were notably helpful and friendly. my room was spacious and most amenities were included. the restaurant connected to the hotel offered convenient dining options.

Ventilation in the room was not optimal. The windows opened only slightly, so the room felt warm.

The location was great. Shops and attractions surrounded the hotel. there were many dining options available. i also appreciated the rental bikes. They were convenient for exploring the area.
